Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy

1.1 General Provisions

  • Dammos strives to ensure a smooth shopping experience and allows customers to return products in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2 Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
    Opened or damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective (e.g., changed consistency, unpleasant smell, or other quality issues).
    If the product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned even if the packaging has been opened.

1.3 How to Return a Product?

  1. Contact us via email at info@dammos.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
    After receiving confirmation, return the product within 14 days to the following address:

  1. Ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the customer returns an item due to a personal decision (e.g., changed their mind), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
    If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, Dammos covers the return shipping costs.

1.5 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
    If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–5 business days after the returned item is inspected.

1.6 Returns & the Loyalty Program

  • Adjustment of Loyalty Points: If a returned product was purchased using loyalty points, the corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your loyalty account. If the return is due to a defective item, the loyalty points will not be deducted
    Reinstating Loyalty Points for Returns: If the purchase was made using loyalty points and the item is returned, the equivalent amount of points will be reinstated to your loyalty account.

  1. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
    Product exchanges are allowed only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    If the product is defective or faulty, the return and refund process is free of charge.

2.2 Refund Timeline

  • Returned products are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
    Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of inspection.
    If the returned product is defective, an immediate decision regarding compensation or replacement will be made.

2.3 Loyalty Program & Refunds

  • If a product was purchased using loyalty points, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the product is returned, the equivalent points will be credited back to the loyalty account.
    If a purchase was eligible for a loyalty reward, and the product is later returned, the earned points for that purchase will be deducted from the account.
